Unrecognised email address
If your personal email address is not recognised and you’ve had a PQ account previously, we ask that you:
1. Email email@example.com with full details of the email address associated to your account and the email address you would like your account to be registered to. You should also provide us with your date of birth and the most recent address we have for you on record.
2. Look out for the email invitation we send to the email you provided.
3. Click on the hyperlink in the email which will direct you through to the myProfile login page.
4. Click ‘forgotten password’.
5. Enter your email address.
6. Enter validation code sent to your email address.
7. Set up your password.
You will have to authenticate your account the first time you log in using Authy, a two-factor authentication tool. Visit our help page to find out how to do this.
