Investment Business Employee Return Guidance
You will receive an email from the JFSC with a link to myJFSC requesting you to submit your Investment Business Employee Return.
Once you have logged into myJFSC if you select Entities by clicking on either of the highlighted areas below.
You will then be navigated to the following display where you can select the relevant Entity for which you wish to submit the Investment Business Employee Returns.
Once you have selected the Entity you can then select the Data Collections tab where you will then be able to see the Investment Business Employee Returns, this will have a status of Pending Submission.
After selecting the Investment Business (IB) Employee Return you will be navigated to a screen where you can download the template. Please download the template and follow the guidance within it to complete your IB Employee Return.
When you have completed your IB Employee Return you can now upload the excel file and confirm the information is correct before clicking Confirm.
Upon confirming your submission, you will be navigated back to the data collection main page where you will see the status of your submission will now be Validating.
Upon successful completion of validation, the status will update to Validation Passed and you will receive an email.
If the validation fails, you will also receive an email with a rationale as to why the validation has failed.
