How do I submit an AMLSP Schedule 2 Revocation?
An entity can submit an AMLSP Schedule 2 Revocation through the myJFSC Portal, the form can be found in the application within the AMLSP’s login.
Should this form be used if the Schedule 2 is switching AMLSP?
No, this form should not be used if the schedule 2 is switching AMLSP, please contact central authorisation if this is the case.

This form is only for when a Schedule 2 registration is being revoked and they are no longer conducting any Schedule 2 business.
Do I have to submit a revocation for each Schedule 2?
No, one, multiple or all Schedule 2 Entities can be selected when submitting the revocation request.
Can I submit a revocation request with different dates?
Yes a revocation request can include different dates for different Schedule 2 Entities. This can be done by clicking “Add Item” to select Schedule 2 Entities you wish to provide a different date for.
How will I know the revocation request has been successful?
An email will be sent to the AMLSP’s Fee Contact confirming the Schedule 2 Registration Revocation.
The form will also be visible in the Submitted Applications section with the status of Completed
